Please note that the sales office will be closed from Tuesday 24th December and will reopen Tuesday 7th January 2025

Individual Applications will only be accepted from Western Australia residents who are recipients of Commonwealth Centrelink benefits (e.g. Health Care, Aged & Veterans card holders). Unfortunately, due to Microsoft licensing requirements, we are unable to accept applications using the WA Seniors Card.

If the applicant is under 18 years of age the parent or guardian should complete the application form.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Australian Consumer Law provides a warranty for second hand goods. If your refurbished computer should fail within three months of purchase, return the computer and WCMS will repair or replace it. However, WCMS may charge for software restoration which is made necessary by customer misuse. Note WCMS does not provide any software support on the computers we sell.
